A retro recipe based on the Betty Crocker's boxed Noodles Romanoff.

Ingredients
8ozInn Maid Egg Noodles
2cupssour cream
2Tbspsalted butter
1cupcottage cheese
1cupParmesan cheesedivided
1/4cuponionsfinely chopped (I have made this both with and without onions)
1tspWorcestershire sauce
1/2tspsalt
1/4tsppepper
1/4tsppaprika
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook noodles according to package directions, drain and transfer back to the pot. Set the pot back on the stove top to keep it warm.
Add butter, sour cream, cottage cheese, half of the Parmesan cheese, onions (if using), salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce to the noodle and mix well.
Spray a 8x8 casserole dish with non-stick spray. Transfer noodle mixture to the dish.
Sprinkle with paprika and remaining Parmesan cheese.
